Description

You will lead the design and delivery of cloud-native .NET applications and Azure AI solutions, mentoring teams and driving technical decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality code.
• Architect and migrate monolithic applications to cloud-native microservices using Azure.
• Define engineering best practices, conduct code reviews, and manage day-to-day delivery.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with strong stakeholder management.
• Oversee application modernization projects, including transitions to support teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework 4.8.1, .NET Core, and modern .NET (7/8).
• Extensive experience building RESTful APIs using .NET Web API.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Function Apps, Web Apps, Logic Apps, and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI Service and orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel.
• Strong working knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum teams and manage onsite delivery.
• Experience with application modernization and refactoring for cloud scalability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps (VSTS) for CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
• Strong presentation skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
