Description

Lead the development of Generative AI solutions, owning end-to-end application delivery from backend services to basic UIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end AI applications, including backend services, APIs, and basic UIs.
• Implement RAG architectures and integrate vector search solutions.
• Build and manage AI-driven workflows, leveraging AI agents for orchestration.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise AI systems on Azure.
• Monitor AI applications, tracking model performance, usage, and logging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Software, Platform, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong practical experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Deep expertise with Azure OpenAI and LLM-based application development.
• Proficiency in Python and/or NodeJS/TypeScript.
• Proven experience implementing RAG and vector search solutions.
• Solid background in Azure cloud services (Functions, App Services, ACR).
• Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation, and LLM performance tuning.
• Familiarity with AI observability practices.
• Experience delivering CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing authentication using Entra ID, managed identities, and RBAC.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or Bicep.
• Exposure to Azure Document Intelligence, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.
