Lead technical program delivery and coordination for Generative AI initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery by managing scheduling, task allocation, and tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, status reporting, and customer walkthroughs.
• Manage offshore team performance and resource allocation.
• Oversee budget management, risk mitigation, and change management processes.
• Drive process improvements and conduct post-project evaluations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Expertise in stakeholder, customer, and resource management.
• Proven ability in risk management and conflict management.
• Experience with budget management and technology oversight.
• Proficiency in program-level data and metrics-based reporting.
• Strong documentation and process optimization skills.
• Background in web development.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and ML.
