Description

You will own the quality assurance and testing lifecycle for Generative AI models.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and cases based on requirements, validating software throughout the SDLC.
• Design and implement automated testing scripts and frameworks specifically for GEN AI models.
• Develop test strategy to validate prompt engineering and RAG outputs.
• Execute tests on AI models to verify accuracy, performance, and functionality across various scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects, coordinating resolution with development teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Testing and Test management.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks including PyTest, JUnit, and Selenium.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and algorithms.
• Ability to validate AI model functionality and reliability against industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
