Description

You will validate and challenge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models, ensuring adherence to risk management policies and regulatory requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent reviews and effective challenges of AI/ML non-model objects across their lifecycle.
• Ensure strict adherence to policies, procedures, and testing guidance to mitigate risk.
• Engage with stakeholders including AI/ML Sponsors, Developers, MRM Governance, and regulators.
• Support internal and external regulatory exams and compliance activities.
• Develop and validate methods for measuring and analyzing market, credit, and operational risk.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of analytics experience in financial services or related industries.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or Machine Learning.
• In-depth technical knowledge of common AI/ML techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, Data Analysis, and Statistics.
• Experience with Model Validation and Risk Management.
• Understanding of Model Risk Management across market, credit, and operational risk types.
• Advanced degree (Master's and above) in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
