Description

You will design, build, and maintain Generative AI models and intelligent agents to drive product capabilities and internal productivity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions, including fine-tuning large language models such as GPT, Llama, and Claude.
• Architect scalable, secure AI pipelines for data processing, training, and deployment.
• Lead the evaluation, integration, and experimentation with foundation models, APIs, and prompt engineering strategies.
• Create internal GenAI tools, copilots, or agents to enhance team productivity and engagement.
• Establish monitoring systems to track model performance, drift, and user feedback in production environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years focused on GenAI or LLM projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python within AI/ML frameworks.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Proven experience with GPT, Llama, and Claude models.
• Experience building GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock.
• Proficiency with cloud AI platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Co-pilot (GitHub Copilot) or Azure OpenAI Services.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ML frameworks and LLMs such as BERT.
