Description

Senior lead responsible for architecting the core intelligence of AI products and holding executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the development of end-to-end ML systems, from data ingestion to MLOps orchestration and real-time inference.
• Adapt State-of-the-Art (SOTA) research in Generative AI, Computer Vision, or NLP into production-ready features.
• Solve complex bottlenecks related to model latency, cost-efficiency (quantization, pruning), and large-scale distributed training.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads to determine the technical feasibility of advanced AI features.
• Review code and model architectures, setting standards for rigorous testing, evaluation frameworks, and Responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a track record as a high-level individual contributor or lead researcher.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, or Java.
• Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Proven ability to architect core intelligence for commercial products.
• Strong background in MLOps orchestration and real-time inference systems.
• Experience creating and delivering executive briefings on AI strategy.
