You will develop and maintain high-quality applications leveraging Python and Generative AI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications focused on delivering value through LLMs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize technical requirements.
• Develop technical artifacts and conduct analysis to resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and establish best practices across the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python development and web API frameworks (Spring, REST APIs).
• Experience with AI technologies, specifically RAG and LLMs.
• Familiarity with generative AI model development using tools like GPT, LlamaIndex, or LangChain.
• Experience with big data tools, including Kafka, Hadoop, or Hive.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or OpenShift.
