Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement generative AI features using large language models and agentic architectures.
• Build LangChain-based workflows for prompt orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and multi-step reasoning.
• Develop product-ready AI services with appropriate controls for quality, reliability, safety, and observability.
• Evaluate model and application performance using representative datasets, test scenarios, and measurable success criteria.
• Translate product requirements into scalable AI prototypes and production implementations in partnership with product and engineering teams.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 10 years of professional software engineering or AI engineering experience, including hands-on work with generative AI systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI and large language model applications.
• Practical experience designing agentic AI systems, AI agents, or tool-using workflows.
• Experience building LLM orchestration solutions with LangChain.
• Ability to develop and integrate APIs, data services, and application components supporting AI products.

Good to Have:

• Background in artificial intelligence and experience integrating vector databases into AI applications.

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, engineering, or a related discipline
