You will design and deploy generative AI applications to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Engineer and optimize prompts for LLMs and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate and manage vector databases for semantic search and context retrieval.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for domain-specific tasks and performance.
• Test, monitor, and document AI models and pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LangChain and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture.
• Experience with vector database integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work alongside product managers and data scientists.
