Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop GenAI Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and projects.
• Drive GenAI proposal solutions and present them to clients.
• Develop GenAI accelerators to support new client acquisitions.
• Enable teams to adopt the latest GenAI technologies and trends.
• Foster an AI-first culture within the organization.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in AI architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and NLP.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks.
• Experience designing cloud AI solutions.
• Proven ability to lead AI teams and mentor professionals.
• Ability to articulate AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in client-facing proposal development.
• Background in accelerating client acquisition through AI.
