Description

Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI models and NLP workflows within enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI use cases using Hugging Face LLM models like Falcon and Llama2.
• Productionize models through training, deployment, serving, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines including data preprocessing, feature extraction, and evaluation.
• Optimize Generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Lead technical projects and mentor junior engineering talent.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
• 2+ years of experience developing Generative AI models (Falcon, Llama2).
• 5+ years of experience in the Telecommunications industry.
• 8+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• 8+ years of experience with advanced NLP techniques using SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience architecting MLOps systems and deploying on Azure cloud.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
