You will lead end-to-end AI solutioning and architecture for healthcare IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant AI solutions.
• Align AI/ML strategies with business objectives and technical standards.
• Drive POCs, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
• Mentor teams and lead technical discussions for technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development or architecture with a strong AI/ML focus.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps practices and lifecycle automation.
• Deep understanding of healthcare standards, regulations, and industry needs.
• Experience designing AI solutions within healthcare IT environments.
• Ability to architect end-to-end AI/ML systems.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI services.
