Description

You will design and implement large-scale generative AI architectures and model integration strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design foundation model architectures using Transformers and Encoder/Decoder structures.
• Develop model tuning pipelines and implement Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and manage API integrations with providers like OpenAI and Cohere.
• Execute fine-tuning workflows using LoRA and PEFT techniques.
• Apply AI ethics, explainability, and governance standards to generative models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI Data Science or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and core libraries including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and HuggingFace.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
• Strong data engineering skills using Spark, Airflow, and SQL.
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning methodologies.
• Degree in any graduate field.
