Description

Lead the architecture and hands-on integration of Generative AI solutions for virtual assistant experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs and Gemini.
• Drive the integration of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Function Calling into existing workflows.
• Manage non-functional requirements including safety filters, data security, grounding, and prompt injection prevention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Python and Java.
• Proven experience implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation).
• Practical application of Langchain and Vector databases.
• Experience with Flink (DAG).
• Deep understanding of LLM orchestration and tool/function calling.
• Strong grasp of AI safety, data security, and grounding techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with emerging trends and latest advancements in the GenAI landscape.
