Description

Design and deploy generative AI models and data pipelines for clinical decision-making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune NLP models for summarization, NER, and sentiment analysis on unstructured clinical records.
• Implement dynamic prompt engineering strategies to optimize generative AI outputs.
• Preprocess large datasets including physician notes and discharge summaries.
• Design data pipelines and structure SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient retrieval.
• Deploy AI models into cloud production environments using Docker and CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of AI/ML development with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI GPT and LLaMA models.
• Proficiency in Transformers, NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and Docker containerization.
• Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) databases.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards: HL7, FHIR, ICD codes, SNOMED.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, or Computer Science with 10+ years experience, or PhD with 4+ years.
