Description

Design and build GenAI-powered integrations, connectors, and intelligent workflows for enterprise platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance platform-specific connectors for Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI.
• Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent-based communication patterns.
• Develop scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with the AI Tools team to ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Python development skills with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or other GenAI platforms.
• Knowledge of agent-to-agent communication protocols and multi-agent systems.
• Experience building APIs, connectors, or platform integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Google Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
