Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI and LLM solutions to solve complex financial problems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy advanced machine learning models using Gen AI and large language models like Gemini for banking applications.
• Create and optimize scalable data pipelines using Apache Kafka or Airflow to process structured and unstructured data for real-time analytics.
• Fine-tune LLMs through prompt engineering to improve performance in credit risk analysis and financial document processing.
• Manage and develop Gemini model endpoints, ensuring seamless integration into production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business goals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science with a focus on Gen AI and AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Jupyter notebooks for model development and evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as Gemini, GPT, or BERT, including model fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies for building, tuning, and deploying models using LLM frameworks.
• Experience developing and managing data pipelines using Apache Kafka or Apache Airflow.
• Ability to solve complex financial problems using advanced ML techniques.
