Description

You will build and deploy generative AI solutions using large language models, RAG systems, and modern Python frameworks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs using techniques like LoRA and QLoRA.
• Implement RAG systems and hybrid search strategies for AI applications.
• Write production-grade Python code for data preprocessing, scripting, and AI development.
• Containerize and deploy models using Docker and cloud platforms.
• Apply responsible AI principles, ensuring data privacy and compliance in all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI and data tasks.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ML framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Experience building RAG systems and understanding hybrid search.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with model deployment and containerization (Docker).
• Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
