Description

You will lead the design and implementation of high-visibility GenAI solutions, focusing on summarization and chatbots for large-scale document processing across multiple lines of business.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of GenAI projects, from model selection to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and build agentic workflows using LangGraph and ensure robust model governance and risk management.
• Implement RAG pipelines with advanced embedding models and vector stores to handle diverse data types.
• Develop high-performance REST APIs and WebSockets using FastAPI to serve AI capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years specifically in GenAI/data science.
• Deep expertise with LLMs (Llama, Mixtral, Mistral) and inferencing tools (vLLM, transformers).
• Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph for application development.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix-Arize).
• Experience with model governance, including model documentation and monitoring capabilities.
• Familiarity with enterprise databases like Redis, Qdrant, and CockroachDB.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Angular for frontend integration.
• Knowledge of Slurm, Hadoop/Hive, Neo4j, Apache Spark, Kafka, and MongoDB.
