Description

You design and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models across structured and unstructured sources. You integrate enterprise systems to provide process-level visibility and build dashboards for real-time metrics. You customize Generative AI applications using approved LLMs for process mining, task summarization, and anomaly detection. You collaborate with analysts and business teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate data from enterprise systems of record (SOR) and workflow tools.
• Build and manage data warehouses and lakes for analysis and reporting.
• Customize GenAI applications using LLMs for process mining and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with business teams to develop dashboards and real-time metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Machine Learning/NLP.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud-based data pipeline architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs (Llama, Google Gemini, OpenAI).
• Experience with process mining tools (Celonis or UiPath Process Mining).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS) and data transformation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP focused roles.
• Background in building data models for process visibility.
