Description

You will design, develop, and optimize generative AI models for text, code, and multimodal applications. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from data preprocessing to production deployment of large language models.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama) for production use.
• Build end-to-end training pipelines, data preprocessing workflows, and feature-engineering processes.
• Develop scalable ML applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and safety frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Deep understanding of cloud environments: Azure, AWS, OpenShift.
• Experience with microservice architectures and enterprise-grade ML deployment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, ML, or related field.
