This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and logic that meet specific client requirements using Python.
• Design and present technical architectures and concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and write comprehensive tests for all code and logic created.
• Support management and customers by providing technical research and application insights.

Required Skills

• Master's degree with 10+ years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Python systems and application analysis and design.
• 3+ years of experience with SOA, Microservice architecture, and RESTful web services.
• 2+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Python, including clean, efficient code and modern language features.
• Strong knowledge of data exchange formats including XML, XSL, XSD, and JSON.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and address challenges in AI application deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Vision.
• Experience with RAG concepts and the Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
