Description

Lead the design, development, and integration of AI-powered solutions, including agents and intelligent automation, into Java/Spring applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Integrate LLMs (GPT, Cohere, open-source) into Java/Spring apps for NLP and predictive analytics.
• Optimize AI workflows for scalability and cost-efficiency using Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to define AI strategy and technical requirements.
• Implement MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment in production.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring framework.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data management and Oracle databases.
• JavaScript knowledge for frontend or full-stack integration.

Preferred Skills

• Contributions to open-source AI projects or AI research publications.
