Description

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using generative models, custom orchestrators, and enterprise APIs to deliver production-ready solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and reasoning pipelines for grounded, reliable agent behavior.
• Build multi-agent orchestration systems using LangGraph and other agent frameworks.
• Collaborate with MLOps, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements and integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance, ensuring safety, accuracy, and high-quality user experience.
• Implement scalable data ingestion, transformation, and analysis processes for enterprise-grade data solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI models and RAG techniques.
• Practical knowledge of Agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with LangGraph or similar agent framework tools.
• Ability to design and deploy scalable, enterprise-level data and AI solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
