Description

You will build and deploy advanced generative AI systems, focusing on RAG pipelines and custom AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval logic.
• Design, develop, and deploy Custom AI agents using LLMs and multi-modal models for autonomous task execution.
• Implement complex algorithms to optimize generative AI model performance.
• Manage data pipelines for pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation to improve model training.
• Design MS Copilot Studio Agent Builder skills, including custom plugin development and adaptive orchestration of AI skills and APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines.
• Strong background with LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Deep knowledge of prompt engineering and contextual memory management.
• Ability to design scalable workflow automation flows.
