Description

Builds and deploys scalable GenAI applications and agentic workflows using Python and LLM integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented AI/ML pipelines and GenAI-powered applications.
• Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows for complex problem-solving and automation.
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise systems with Human-in-the-Loop validation.
• Ensure production readiness through monitoring, governance, and observability frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging GenAI tools and techniques to enhance system capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI/ML roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python for building AI/ML and GenAI applications.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts, frameworks, and model integration.
• Experience working with Databricks for data engineering and ML workflows.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agent-based architectures.
• Familiarity with model evaluation, observability, and governance practices.
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related quantitative field.
