Description

You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models to solve complex business problems. This role owns the full lifecycle from data preprocessing and model training to production deployment and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement deep learning and generative AI algorithms for various applications.
• Develop and optimize models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Build AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot model performance and scalability in production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with LangChain and natural language processing (NLP).
• Knowledge of computer vision techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with database design and management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangGraph and Keras.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and agent-based architecture (AgenticAI).
• Familiarity with Power BI and PowerAutomate.
