Build and own systems to enhance information retrieval and generation using Generative AI.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to improve information retrieval and generation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain search solutions utilizing Azure AI Search for accurate information access.
• Process and prepare data to support RAG workflows, ensuring data quality and relevance for text and images.
• Integrate and manage various data types, including multimodal inputs, for enhanced retrieval tasks.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data retrieval systems in production environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, MLOps, and Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python for building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience implementing RAG pipelines or information retrieval systems.
• Experience with Azure AI and Databricks ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Familiarity with processing multimodal data (text, images) for retrieval tasks.
• Background in software development and data engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing AI solutions specifically in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
