Description

Design, develop, and operationalize enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and LLMs.
• Build and deploy AI Agents and multi-agent workflows with Bedrock Agents.
• Develop RAG architectures using Knowledge Bases, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Implement monitoring, governance, and Responsible AI controls via Bedrock Guardrails.
• Deploy workloads using SageMaker Endpoints, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and Step Functions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents, orchestration, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in AWS: Bedrock, SageMaker (Studio, Pipelines, Model Monitor).
• Strong skills in CI/CD and MLOps using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Docker.
• Experience with data ingestion, OCR, and enterprise search (OpenSearch, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in Python and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or Solutions Architect – Professional.
• Experience fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs for production use.
