Description

You will design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for text, image, and multi-modal content generation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement generative AI models using OpenAI, Hugging Face, or custom architectures.
• Fine-tune LLMs and multi-modal models to meet specific project requirements.
• Apply prompt engineering, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), and model optimization techniques.
• Integrate AI-powered features into scalable applications in collaboration with product teams.
• Monitor and improve model performance through continuous training and evaluation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in AI or machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Practical experience with LLMs including GPT, Claude, Llama, and Gemini.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
• Working knowledge of generative models including Diffusion Models and GANs.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Aurora Postgres, or Databricks Mosaic AI Vector Search.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Databricks.
• Familiarity with AWS Knowledge Bases for pipeline orchestration and Azure AI Document Intelligence.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
