Description

Design and build scalable GenAI solutions, including agent-based architectures and RAG pipelines, while driving POCs into production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent frameworks and AI-powered automation workflows with MCP integration.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines and LLM orchestration layers for high-volume data environments.
• Mature proofs of concept into scalable production solutions and drive adoption across internal teams.
• Collaborate across teams to market and evangelize AI solutions internally.
• Handle full-stack engineering tasks, including coding, architecture, and infrastructure design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GenAI/LLM engineering, specifically building agents and AI workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and LLM integration.
• Proficiency in Python as the primary language for AI/agent development.
• Experience with SQL for data access, transformation, and querying large datasets.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals for operating in high data volume environments.
• Strong experience with AWS for deploying and scaling AI solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical education.
