Description

Design and build production-grade Generative AI systems, focusing on intelligent agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RAG pipelines, including document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval systems.
• Develop custom AI agents with autonomous decision-making capabilities using LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Design advanced MS Copilot Studio agents, covering custom plugins, adaptive orchestration, contextual memory, and dynamic prompt engineering.
• Manage data pipelines for pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation to optimize model training.
• Implement complex algorithms and ensure robust data handling practices for generative AI workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proven track record building RAG-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Expertise in MS Copilot Studio Agent Builder and plugin development.
• Strong understanding of data pre-processing, cleaning, and labeling.
• Ability to design logical, scalable flows for complex business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tool integration and enterprise app connectors.
• Background in synthetic data generation techniques.
