Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI systems and AI-driven applications.
• Develop and deploy NLP models for real-world business use cases.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI development team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative AI features.
• Analyze model performance and continuously improve AI systems for scalability and accuracy.
• Implement distributed data processing systems using Hadoop or Spark.
• Deploy and manage AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.
• Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, and GenAI advancements and incorporate best practices.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and quality benchmarks.

Skills Required:

• 5-10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning domains.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI models and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Experience implementing distributed computing solutions using Hadoop or Spark.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of model optimization, evaluation metrics, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
