Description

Design and build scalable GenAI solutions, including agent-based architectures and RAG pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain agent frameworks with MCP integrations.
• Evolve proofs of concept into production-ready, scalable solutions.
• Drive internal adoption and evangelize AI solutions across teams.
• Operate hands-on across the full stack, including coding, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Manage high-volume data environments using strong data engineering fundamentals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GenAI and LLM engineering.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and complex workflows.
• Proven track record with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI development.
• Experience with SQL for data access, transformation, and querying.
• Strong AWS experience for deploying and scaling AI solutions.
• Ability to build systems from scratch and iterate quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model Context Protocols (MCP) and multi-component systems.
• Background in data engineering within high-volume environments.
