Description

Design and build GenAI solutions, including agent-based architectures and RAG pipelines, while maturing proofs of concept into scalable production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain agent frameworks, integrating with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and multi-component systems.
• Build RAG pipelines and AI-powered automation workflows using Python.
• Operate proofs of concept into production, driving adoption across teams and partnering to evangelize internal AI solutions.
• Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions in AWS, working hands-on across the full stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building GenAI solutions, specifically agent-based architectures and LLM orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI development and SQL for data access and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Deep understanding of AWS for deploying and scaling AI infrastructure.
• Proven ability to work in high data volume environments with strong data engineering fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
