Description

You will design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and search solutions to improve information retrieval and generation processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize RAG models for application-level information retrieval.
• Develop and maintain search solutions using Azure AI Search to ensure accurate data access.
• Process and prepare multimodal data, including text and images, to support RAG workflows.
• Integrate data into existing retrieval ecosystems while ensuring scalability and production reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage data quality and system performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, MLOps, and Data Engineering.
• Proven experience implementing AI/ML solutions, specifically within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Expertise in building and deploying RAG pipelines or similar information retrieval systems.
• Proficiency in Python and software development.
• Experience processing multimodal data (text and images) for retrieval and generation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing solutions.
• Proficiency with Azure AI and Databricks.
• Experience deploying scalable ML models in production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Data Science or a related field.
