Description

You will develop intelligent AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RAG pipelines, including document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents for autonomous decision-making using LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Design MS Copilot Studio Agent Builder skills, managing orchestration, dynamic prompt engineering, and tool integration.
• Manage data pipelines, including pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG patterns.
• Deep expertise in AI frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
• Ability to design scalable workflow flows and manage agent orchestration.
• Experience with data cleaning, labeling, and structuring for GenAI.
