Description

You will lead the development of intelligent AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RAG pipelines, including document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval systems.
• Design and deploy custom AI agents using LLMs and multi-modal models for autonomous task execution.
• Develop MS Copilot Studio agents with custom plugin development, adaptive orchestration, and contextual memory management.
• Manage data pipelines involving pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.
• Implement complex algorithms to optimize generative AI models and automate workflow flows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in AI development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and RAG-based architectures.
• Experience with MS Copilot Studio Agent Builder and custom plugin development.
• Ability to design automation workflows and tool integrations using enterprise connectors.
• Knowledge of dynamic prompt engineering and secure data handling.
• Competency in data cleaning, labeling, and structuring for generative AI workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-modal models beyond text-only LLMs.
