You will build and maintain production-grade Generative AI systems, focusing on intelligent agents and RAG-based applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents using LLMs and multi-modal models for autonomous task execution.
• Develop advanced MS Copilot Studio agent capabilities, including custom plugins, adaptive orchestration, and dynamic prompt engineering.
• Manage data pipelines for pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation to optimize model training.
• Ensure robust data handling practices, including cleaning, labeling, and structuring datasets for generative AI workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python and AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Deep proficiency in building and optimizing Generative AI models and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience designing logical, scalable flows for complex business processes and tool integration.
• Ability to integrate enterprise apps and services using built-in connectors.
• Strong understanding of contextual memory management and secure data handling.
• Any Graduate degree.
