Description

You will build production-grade Generative AI systems, RAG applications, and autonomous agents using LLMs and multi-modal models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RAG pipelines, including document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval systems.
• Design and deploy custom AI agents with autonomous decision-making and task execution capabilities.
• Develop advanced MS Copilot Studio agents, including custom plugins, adaptive orchestration, and contextual memory management.
• Manage data pipelines for pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation to optimize model training.
• Create logical, scalable workflows and integrate enterprise applications using Copilot built-in connectors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming and AI-centric libraries.
• Deep proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Expertise in designing complex algorithms for generative AI model optimization.
• Strong background in data handling, cleaning, labeling, and structuring datasets.
• Experience with MS Copilot Studio Agent Builder, including custom plugin development and dynamic prompt engineering.
• Ability to manage multi-modal models and secure data handling practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with synthetic data generation techniques.
• Knowledge of advanced orchestration triggers and workflow automation.
