Description

You will design and deploy production-grade Generative AI systems, focusing on intelligent agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RAG pipelines, handling document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval systems to enhance model performance.
• Design and develop custom AI agents using LLMs and multi-modal models for autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Build advanced MS Copilot Studio agents, including custom plugin development, adaptive orchestration, contextual memory management, and secure data handling.
• Manage data pipelines for pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation to optimize model training.
• Create scalable logical flows and integrate enterprise applications using Copilot’s built-in connectors.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and AI-centric libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Deep expertise in building and optimizing Generative AI models and LLM integrations.
• Proven experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with MS Copilot Studio Agent Builder, including custom skills and workflow design.
• Strong understanding of data handling practices, including cleaning, labeling, and structuring datasets for AI workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-modal models and dynamic prompt engineering.
• Background in developing complex algorithms for generative AI optimization.
