Description

You will design and deploy generative AI solutions, primarily contact center bots, using Azure services and LangChain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate GenAI use case requirements into technical solutions alongside product owners and design teams.
• Design efficient chunking and indexing strategies to support RAG-based answer generation.
• Develop and deploy inference APIs using LangChain to AKS or Azure Function Apps.
• Monitor production bot performance and improve response quality based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with the UI team to support front-end integration and contribute to a reusable GenAI codebase.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience solving business problems using Machine Learning and LLMs.
• Proven experience as an ML Engineer specializing in generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, LangChain, and vector stores.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Databricks Azure ML.
• Experience productionizing code via DevOps pipelines including Git, Jenkins, and code scanning.
• Experience supporting and improving production applications post-deployment.
• Ability to drive data requirement conversations with data offices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open-source LLMs.
• Basic knowledge of React or equivalent UI frameworks.
