Description

You will design, build, and maintain generative AI solutions for contact center bots.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design LLM solutions using approved RAG patterns, implementing efficient chunking and indexing strategies.
• Develop and deploy inference APIs using Langchain on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or function apps.
• Drive data requirement conversations with product owners and the data office to secure necessary datasets.
• Monitor production bot performance via user feedback to continuously improve response quality.
• Collaborate with UI teams for front-end integration and contribute to a reusable GenAI codebase.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience solving high-impact business problems using Machine Learning and LLMs.
• Proven experience as an ML Engineer focusing on generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Langchain, and vector stores.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark, preferably using Databricks or Azure ML.
• Experience productionizing code through DevOps pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
• Strong software development skills and adherence to MLOps and coding best practices.
• Ability to support and improve production applications post-development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open-source LLMs.
• Basic knowledge of React or equivalent UI frameworks.
