Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend and GenAI applications using Python, FastAPI, and FastMCP.
• Build and integrate solutions leveraging LLMs such as OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude.
• Develop AI agents, plugins, skills, and MCP-based services.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector search, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration.
• Develop production-grade APIs and end-to-end GenAI applications.
• Own solutions across the complete lifecycle, including:
  • Development
  • Deployment
  • Monitoring
  • Observability
  • Diagnostics
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, and VS Code to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong experience with FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with FastMCP / Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Proven experience developing Generative AI solutions.
• Experience integrating LLMs, particularly:
  • OpenAI GPT
  • Anthropic Claude
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents.
• Experience developing MCP servers/services.
• Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with prompt engineering.
• Experience with vector databases / vector search.
• Experience building scalable, production-grade APIs and backend applications.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, and VS Code.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Pinecone, Milvus, or similar vector databases.
• Experience with LangChain or other LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of advanced agentic AI architectures.
• Experience with multi-agent workflows.
• Knowledge of LLM observability and diagnostics.
• Experience with GenAI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with production monitoring of GenAI applications.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
