Description

You will design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and their supporting infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative models using GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific tasks, performance, and output quality.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines for data preparation, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Integrate generative AI models into existing software applications via APIs.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to guide model outputs for specific application requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML models.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and neural networks (GANs, VAEs, Transformers, LLMs).
• Proficiency in Python with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text and language generation.
• Experience with prompt engineering, data management, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including CI/CD, version control, and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and various market LLMs.
• Prior experience with federal or state government IT projects.
