Job Description
We are looking for experienced Senior AI Enterprise Engineers with strong expertise in software engineering, backend/distributed systems, AI/ML systems, LLM-based applications, Rust, TypeScript/Node.js, APIs, and enterprise platform development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying enterprise-ready platform capabilities and scalable AI-powered solutions using modern software engineering, cloud, and enterprise technologies.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building production backend, distributed, or platform systems, designing enterprise foundation capabilities, developing APIs and services, integrating enterprise identity and authentication systems, and working with AI/ML systems, LLM-based applications, or intelligent workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate backend services and features that extend enterprise-ready AI platforms.
Own the design and delivery of significant components or subsystems end to end, with minimal oversight.
Implement enterprise foundation capabilities including identity and access integration such as SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, MFA, audit logging, and data segmentation.
Build and extend Enterprise Admin Console capabilities so IT administrators can configure identity, connectors, agents, policies, and usage in one place.
Build integrations that connect enterprise platforms to systems such as corporate identity providers, workflow automation platforms, and enterprise knowledge sources.
Contribute to enterprise deployment and portability work, including BYOC across AWS/Azure/GCP, infrastructure-as-code, and data-residency requirements.
Develop scalable and secure APIs, backend services, and platform components using modern backend programming languages.
Work with AI/ML systems, LLM-based applications, and intelligent workflows where applicable.
Lead technical design and code reviews, establish engineering patterns, and mentor other engineers on the team.
Make and document architecture decisions within the assigned area, balancing speed with enterprise security, scalability, and maintainability.
Debug complex, multi-layer workflows spanning application, service, and platform components.
Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of production systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications and platform capabilities.
Follow best practices around software engineering, version control, testing, security, observability, cloud deployment, and maintainability.
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience building and shipping production backend, distributed, or platform systems.
Strong programming experience in one or more modern backend languages such as Rust or TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid understanding of software fundamentals including APIs, services, data stores, concurrency, and cloud deployment.
Strong experience designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs.
Experience owning complex components or subsystems end to end with minimal oversight.
Experience leading technical design and mentoring other engineers.
Experience with enterprise platform development and enterprise foundation capabilities.
Experience with enterprise identity and access integration including SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, and MFA.
Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise deployment models.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud deployment.
Experience with AI/ML systems, LLM-based applications, or intelligent workflows is required/preferred based on project requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with identity and authentication tools such as WorkOS or Auth0.

Hands-on experience with the team’s core toolchain such as Cursor, Linear, and GitHub.
Fluency in AI-assisted development workflows.
Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and multi-tenant or BYOC deployment models.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments.
Experience with enterprise-scale platform implementations.
