Description

You will build and enhance Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for Firm Resilience and Fusion Response systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React in an agile team setting.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to boost development velocity and solution quality.
• Translate global business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with international teams.
• Participate in scrum meetings, report progress, and adapt to regulatory changes.
• Write comprehensive unit tests to guarantee code reliability and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of hands-on Python development experience, writing optimized code.
• 5+ years of UI/UX implementation experience with React.
• Practical experience using Generative AI technologies and coding assistants.
• Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding and application of OOP and Design Patterns.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux/Unix and Shell Scripting.
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions for complex analytical problems.
• Experience writing thorough unit tests covering core logic components.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and containerization.
• Familiarity with Layered and Component-based Architecture.
