Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS solutions for Firm Resilience and Fusion Response systems using Python and React.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance SaaS applications using Python and React in an agile environment.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to increase development velocity and code quality.
• Translate global business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with international teams.
• Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in scrum meetings and adapt to regulatory changes.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of hands-on Python development experience with a focus on optimized code.
• 5+ years of UI/UX implementation experience with React.
• Practical experience using Generative AI technologies and coding assistants.
• Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding and application of OOP and Design Patterns.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux/Unix and Shell Scripting.
• Proven ability to design solutions for complex analytical problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and containerization.
• Familiarity with Layered and Component-based Architecture.
