Lead the design and delivery of full-stack generative AI solutions, bridging research with production-grade products. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate research concepts into impactful, scalable product features.
• Define technical architecture for complex business problems, ensuring high quality and cost-efficiency.
• Review vendor approaches and manage vendor teams during requirement gathering and development.
• Independently develop and deliver core modules.
• Implement and maintain test case automation.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience leading technical solution design for business problems.
• Proven track record of delivering modules independently.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and code reviews.
• Ability to work closely with product managers and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with GenAI model integration and optimization.
